Okay, it ain’t star wars, but I finished up my fanart of Roger Zelazny’s Lord of Light. This is Yama, the one in red, god of death and lord of the vasty hall of machinery. Aforementioned science fiction epic with the high fantasy flavor is one of my favorite books of all time- I have done many versions of this drawing, but this is the first one I like.

Doing my Writing the Graphic Novel class homework. Wish I could do some justice to this scene I stole from The Quantum Thief by Hannu Rejaniemi, but all the drawings came out like crap when I inked them.
I wish the teacher would let me work digitally.
(Context of actual page’s story: Man flirting with spaceship after being rescued from a game theory engine prison by a badass queer finnish woman from the oort cloud. Fuck, but I love this book.)
